1. create a form for editing table records via wizard
2. adjust the size of form fields, change one-line text to multi-line (memo
table field)
3. load data to the form, resize the form window
4. edit some data in the table
5. store all changes
6. exit OO
7. open odb file containing form definitions
8. load data into the form

=> all layout information is lost
