create a new document and save it to the native OO fileformat.

1. Menu: file --> "digital signatures"
2. Now click "add" within the "Digital Signatures" window.
3. I don't have any signatures and I click at "OK"

After the "OK" button, OO crashes (WindowsXP SP2).

Yes, already known problem. See issue 40109, will be fixed soon (maybe 680m86).
