The quick start icon does not work to enable open office. It does nothing, or
craches the system. I have tried restarting the computer and it does not resolve
the problem. I am using an hp laptop computer zd7000 with microsoft xp system
software. I have tried this several times. It simply will not restart the
program. I have no problem with the previous application (1.14) That started
every time.

if it is only windows, why is OS = ALL?

If I'm wrong and this is not a duplicate of issue 30853 (and/or issue 33559),
then please reopen and give a more detailed explanation of the problem.
