Description rnhurt 2005-03-08 22:41:14 UTC
I just installed 1.9.79 and started working on a drawing in Draw. I saved it
and shut down. When I opened Draw again and opened the File -> Recent Documents
menu item, it was blank. I expected to see the name of the drawing I was
working on earlier in the day. So, I clicked on the Open icon in the toolbar,
changed my drawing slightly and re-saved it.

Upon closing Draw and opening it back up, the Recent Documents was again blank.
I clicked the Open icon and re-loaded my document, made a small change and
saved it again. I then shut down Draw.

This time I opened Windows file explorer and double clicked oh the .odg file
directly. When I pulled down the File -> Recent Documents menu item, my drawing
was listed properly.

It looks like it's not updating the Recent Documents properly if you use the
Open icon (or possibly the File -> Open menu item). But it does work properly
if you double click a file from Windows file explorer.

My System:
  IBM ThinkPad R32
  Windows XP SP1
  P4M - 1GB RAM - 3GB Free HD Space
  1024x768x32

Thanx!
  Richard

Sorry, not reproducible. The file I worked on is always in the recent document
list. Any further hints how to reproduce this?

It was a brand new install so there were no existing files in my Recent Document
list. After I got files into the listing it worked fine. So, maybe
unistalling/cleaning/reinstalling will do the trick.

So I think this one is not reproducible anymore, right? Thanks for your help.
