Description mosestruong 2005-03-09 06:23:36 UTC
When clicking or double clicking on a slide in the Slide pane, the selected
slide is not displayed in the normal, outline or notes view.

Also, when the Slide pane is displayed in handout or slide sorter view, the
slide pane does not respond.

I can reproduce this for the outline view.
the Handout view and the Slide sorter View have no slides bar per default.
Comment 3 christian.guenther 2005-03-09 14:53:41 UTC
I can reproduce the bug with the Outlione View.
Please have a look.
Comment 4 christian.guenther 2005-03-09 15:16:56 UTC
When I click on the slides in the slide bar in the outline view I select more
then one slide (with a normal click; no STRG+ ...).
Comment 5 mosestruong 2005-03-11 09:17:05 UTC
The slide bar can be viewed by selecting it from the View menu.
Comment 6 groucho266 2005-03-11 09:52:01 UTC
The handout view is a special view in that it always shows only one single page.
This page is a template for specifying where the slides will be positioned on
the handout pages. Selecting a slide in the slide sorter does (should) not
affect the display of the handout view in any way. This is the reason why the
slide sorter bar is not displayed by default with the handout view.

When the slide sorter bar is made visible with the slide sorter view then you
have to slide sorters side by side, each with its own selection. Clicking on
one slide sorter does not affect the other. This way you can reorder the slides
in a larger presentation document more easily
