I have created a new colour selection file (.soc file) which is a big
improvement on the default file.  It is designed with co-ordinated colours and
to print well.

This file is designed to work with writer, as different apps (e.g. draw) use
different a dialogue which arranges the colours in a different order.  I think
it would be better if all apps used the same dialogue for consistency.

Changing Component to progress issue. Probably a duplicate of many palette
enhancement requests.
