This feature (present in all other spreadsheet programs that I know of) allows to rearrange text 
present in the selected range by splitting it into lines long enough to cover the range width. 
Each line is then put in the leftmost cells of the range. (An error/warning is issued is the range 
is too small.) (My dad is waiting for this feature to completely dump Excel and switch to Calc :->)

Sorry, no chance to get it done for Q as the edit-engine is no Q-keyfeature for
spreadsheet.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
