Write a comparative guide explaining the benefits and differences of:

- Frames (& linking frames)
- Floating Frames
- Text Drawing Boxes (& Fontwork?)
- one cell tables (?)
- (embedded text in sections?)

Include pictures. What object can be part of a template? What object can get a
caption text and automatic numbers plus an automatic table of objects?
