This task is a follow up to bug 37877 and refers to the following problem.
Currently the Area where the controls are placed is defined by constants that do
not consider the size of the visual area of the form document. This is
suboptimal especially when the controls have to be placed outside this area
because their amount is too high.
As I discussed with OS it is currently not possible to query the visual area of
a text document via API but it is not a big deal to provide such an interface.
But before that a solution with user experience must be found and the
specification adapted accordingly.

BC: Talked to OS, if he could provide information of the visual area via API but
we both came to the conclusion that this is not to be done within the target OOo 2.1
