configure on w32-tcsh (m87):

checking whether to enable native CUPS support... configure: error: cups is not
activated for your platform, raise bug report

I'm to lazy to file extra issues, but:

configure: error: fontconfig/fontconfig.h could not be found. libfontconfig1-dev
or fontconfig???-devel missing?

and

checking which package format to use... configure: error: unknown system

and

checking for pkg-config... no
*** The pkg-config script could not be found. Make sure it is
*** in your path, or set the PKG_CONFIG environment variable
*** to the full path to pkg-config.
*** Or see http://www.freedesktop.org/software/pkgconfig to get pkg-config.
configure: error: Library requirements (gnome-vfs-2.0 ) not met; ...

are also screwed.

Verified:
- epm is not tested
- gnome-vfs is not tested
- cups not tested on platforms where it should not be tested.

-> OK.
