File Open always results in error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 1.9.79\program\soffice.BIN
abnormal program termination

On clicking OK, program terminates.

I cannot reproduce the issue so far with build 1.9.89 (GB).
