Description adammthompson 2005-03-23 17:03:06 UTC
If the file name contains an ampersand, the program crashes. I'm using Linux,
Fedora Core 3.

One for Framework as this is basic functionality for all Apps.

Hello Adam,
thanks for reporting this.
which distro do you use? which window-manager? do you open the file from within
OOo or from commandline or from the filemanager of your distro?
Thank you,
Max

Hi adammthompson,

thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice.org...

If you get this problem by trying to open this file out of the Office:
- Do you use the gtk file picker ?
- Do you use OOo's own dialogs?

Hi,

I tried a newer version (m91) and didn*t get that problem (neither with OOos own
dialogs nor with the gtk-filepicker)...
==> I set this to worksforme...

Please try again using a newer version and send a new comment, thanks... :)

I tried again on Solaris and Linux using m104: I don't get that result...

No response from submitter for more than a month

==> I assume this works now for adammthompson, too
