For the "sample textbox in Word" file, the position of the characters in textbox
appeared changed in OOo 1.9.87, that is shifted to a lower position.

Let me say a bit more by using a clearer example (sample_2.doc). In MS Word, the
box is called "textbox" but in OOo, the box is called "frame."

But the box is not properly displayed in OOo. Thanks for commenting.

I had a look at it in 680m100. There the text box appears at a higher position
than in Word. This is due to the fact, that the table is a bit smaller than in
Word. Reason: double line spacing does not take place in a table with single
line. See Issue 48420.
