1. Run the 'sh' installer of build m91
2. Go through all of the dialog screens using the keyboard for navigation
3. Get to the "Installing..." screen with the progress indicator
4. Attempt to use the keyboard to abort the installation.  Notice that you
cannot.  Neither the "Stop" button nor the "Help" button have focus, TAB won't
give either focus, and spacebar and <CR> are useless.  Only a mouse user (or
perhaps a GOK user) can stop this install.

ES->OBR: as discussed, please evaluate if we can fix this or have to pass it to
the installer developpers.
