- Open the form
- Select the header column of ID and move to AssertID

this works fine in OOo 2.0.1 RC1 on Windows XP SP2

re-opening. Usual OpenOffice.org builds are so-called "product builds", which
don't contain diagnostic messages (aka assertions).
I added information about this to
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Non_Product_Build.
