Description Unknown 2002-05-13 21:55:19 UTC
When I attempt to push data into Calc, it opens calc, but does not ever push
the data.

I have a program which is inappropriate to use OLE (it would not format well;
nor does it understand OLE requests), and can push data outwards with DDE, but
Calc doesn't seem to be able to understand it.

The configuration segment for DDE is as follows:
[OpenOffice Calc]
Path = "C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org1.0\program\ooocalc.exe"
Application = OpenOffice
Topic = system
Format = Tab
XFRDATA = Clipboard
Command1 = '[Paste()]'
Which should open a new Open Office Calc Spreadsheet, and paste the data
selected into the first cells. Calc opens, but never pastes. I can manually
paste the information from the clipboard.

Can this be added?

Thanks

FT->NN: Maybe you are not the exactly right owner by anyway:
Can we (with our current implementation) add the requested feature?
