Improve the migration during startup to copy wordbooks and autotexts from the
"old Office" into the "new Office".

As discussed with tz I set the target to OOo2.0

we will also be able to handle templates (user/template)  (user/gallery/),
galleries as well as palettes for bitmaps, colors, dashes, line-ends, gradients
and hatches (user/config/*.so[bcdegh])
