Hi,

Czech NSIS installer contains texts in wrong encodings.

See screenshots in #i48740#. E.g. rslash is shown instead of rcaron etc. Looks
like another ISO8859-1 vs. windows-1250 issue.

there is a text "Děkujeme, ...". I packed all files containing this text in
module instsetoo_native and attached for you. I can provide/test anything you
want to.

This is similar to #i52862#. It is OK in Czech versions of operating systems,
but corrupted on non-cs. Hmm. Another NSIS bug. I'll report this issue as well.

According to the developer of NSIS (kichik on #nsis), NSIS doesn't support
Unicode, thus this problem is currently impossible to solve.
