As you can see OO 1.9.79 (and OO 1.1.4) don't display the image in the middle of
this document (only a white box is shown).

I forgot to mention that the colors aren't displayed correctly too: The heading
is displayed as blue (instead of gray) and the navigation at the bottom is
orange instead of red.

MRU->SJ: the graphic's frame does not have any content after import.

sj->thb: Can you please take over this issue. A rounding problem seems to
prevent that the graphic is displayed. The wmf I attached is containing about
3000 single bitmap stripes that are visible only at some zoom factors.

@sj: please take this one back. I have to acknowledge that this issue is prolly
unfixable with current vcl & mapmode.
