Hi thing, thanks for using and supporting OpenOffice.org... You can define your own shortcut keys in Tools -> Customize -> Tab "Keyboard"... Since I assume you suggest to have this shortcut key as default I reassign this issue to requirements
Added "per default" to summary.
Created attachment 35748 [details] Adjusted shortcut config
Created attachment 35749 [details] Adjusted help content
Setting Issue type to Patch. The attached patch sets the following shortcut keys for en-US: Ctrl+Shift+S opens the Save As dialog in all modules. Help content is adjusted in the other attached patch. I am guessing framework/uiconfig/startmodule will result in the desired global share/config/soffice.cfg/global/accelerator/ file. Please review: - if the other language with an individual configuration (en-GB) should be changed also - wording in the help content - ids for the new text in help content - target milestone Søren
Given that the changes to the configuration files are attached this issue could be evaluated again. Reassigning issue to default owner of selected subcomponent...
TM->MH:please have a look, thanks !
reassign for review.
Thanks, review will start soon.
Andreas, please review this patch.

patch integrated into cws[patch01as].
Please verify this task on cws [patch01as]. THX.
ES->TM: - Please file child tasks for the testers of the correponding applications (Writer, Calc, Draw...). Else, this is an enhancement, so it should have a spec. It may be mentioned in: http://specs.openoffice.org/g11n/menus/LocalizedShortcuts.sxw, for it should be specified if this shortcut will apply to all languages in all application.
Changed Patch -> ENHANCEMENT.
Please refrain from changing the type of issues of type PATCH. For further questions see http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Contributing_Patches and it's discussion page.
