The first one should be fixed as you suggest: \<emph\For ->  \<emph\>For
and also one more space after </emph>: textu\</emph\>obsahuje -> textu\</emph\>
obsahuje

I've just fixed it in our CVS

And the second one is OK. Second switchinline was replace by use of the word
common for all the choices.

The second one was recognized by the gsicheck tool. The question is, can you use
the exact structure of the source language or sounds that somehow wrong in czech?
