When using the insert/file menu entry it would be useful to show only the files
that are really usable to insert. With the filter "all files" everything in a
directory is displayed, a lot of files bring up an error message. Most of the
files cannot be inserted. This should be changed that "all files" only displays
the usable files or the wording of the menu entry should be changed to make this
more clear to the user. The current behaviour is extremly misleading.

I think this issue should be rejected in favor of issue 57807 and the suggested
solution in it.
