localisation of extras and Wizards to Khmer language

Included are the extras and wizard templates for Khmer language, inside a tar (bz2) file that maintains the tree structure in which the files need to be placed. Also attached is the patch for the inclusion of the use of the Wizards. It modifies files: wizards/source/formwizard/dbwizres.src wizards/com/sun/star/wizards/letter/LetterWizardDialogImpl.java wizards/com/sun/star/wizards/letter/LetterWizardDialogResources.java
The extras are in a 1.5 Mb file in: http://www.khmeros.info/ooo/issues/extras.tar.bz2 The patch is attached to this issue.

TV->pjanik: Pavel, can you set up a CWS for Khmer? When doing so, please note the changes in the letterwizard regarding the OpenOffice.org languages.
javiersola: I'll do some more extras changes tomorrow, so I'll add this too. Please update the patches and extras templates to the latest version (m121 or m122).
Pavel, Thanks, I have placed an updated file with the extras in: http://www.khmeros.info/ooo/issues/extras_280705.tar.bz2 I see that it is no longer necessary to patch the three file that were required before. I change this in my documentation.
Javier: Have you tried building with these extras in your tree? It will fail. You can't have files like acor_en-US.dat and acor_en-GB.dat there... Please provide new, tested archive.

Pavel, I do not have a build yet, so I cannot check them, but I have checked manually again against the en-US and the cs directories in cvs, to see what should have the same or different names, what should not be there, etc..
