Basically, with version from m79 to m104, if you create a document, create two
sections, fill the first section with text (or possibly other things, I haven't
checked) to the point where the second section is positioned at the bottom of
the page, and then insert an image into the second section, the program crashes.
My assumption is that the second section has some difficulty determing the size
of the first section, and crashes when trying to figure out where to display the
image.
