No matter, what language in OOo 1.9.104 and KDE 3.4 (from SuSE 9.3) is active,  
when using the kde file selector, the descriptive text of load, save and print  
to file option checkboxes (such as "automatic file name extension") is 
missing, which makes using them, hmm, problematic.  
  
It also doesn't happen with the native OOo dialogs.

KDE fpicker is not a part of the official OOo yet => closing
