Vertical Text and Vertical Callout do not appear in Draw toolbar when they
selected from "Visible buttons" menu...
How to reproduce:
1) click on Draw toolbars down arrow
2) then click on "Visible buttons" entry
3) click on "Vertical Text" or Vertical Callout button
4) The buttons do not appear in Draw toolbar...

This is reproducible. But the problem is: these buttons become visible only when
under tools/options/language settings/languages/ the enhanced language support
is checked. If not these buttons appear in the visible buttons toolbar listing
but cannot be made visible. This might be misleading for the user because he is
offered a feature that he cannot use.

Adding myself to this issue.  As an author for Draw, is this going to be
corrected or do we need to document this as the "norm" to use this feature?

I think Vertical Text and Vertical Callout haven't got any relation with
languages. Why they depend on it?

Yes, it is a dupliate.

The relation to the languages is that those orientations are usually needed for
languages with top-down writing direction.

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
