For the download files of the next Office release (Office Later) we need to
adjust the download file names to match the corresponding release status. The
{extension} part should reflect this, here some examples:

so-{productversion}-{extension}-bin-{os}-{languages}

so-9-ea1-bin-windows-en-US.exe
so-9-beta1-bin-windows-en-US.exe
so-9-rc1-bin-windows-en-US.exe
so-9-ga-bin-windows-en-US.exe
