Automated test: f_scripting_organizers.bas/tScriptingOrganizers

Reproduction:
- Open Script Organizer (BeanShell or JavaScript)
- Select the current document
- Create a library, name it "dummy"
- Click on "Rename"
- Name it "TTLib"
- Click OK
-> A message is displayed that the library cannot be renamed
