I commited three sub-fixes for this issue that each solve the problem independently:
- adding und using SalGraphics::ReleaseFonts() to allow correct reference
counting of FontData objects
- properly handle garbage collection for ServerFonts with wrong reference counts
- no longer depend on FontData objects in the GlyphCache after it's CacheFont()
method was invoked

Because of limited resources and the high effort for the complex testing, this
task will be set to OOo2.0.2.  The CWS 'gcnolk' was set to this target too.
