In a Calc cell enter a decimal number (e.g: 100,1), format the cell to language
ar_EG and press the button for currency in the formatbar => the display is wrong
(compared to preview in formatdialog, Writer, Draw, Excel and OOo1.1.4)

Same as iBIS #114004#. The problem was there in 1.1.4, too, only the default
currency format was different.

We will not finish this until 2.0.2 code freeze -> retargetting to 3.0
