SRX645_m55: sndfile's makefile and dmake version?
Last modified: 2005-07-07 01:26:21 UTC
Hi, I tried to build SRX645_m55 today and: oo@oo:~/BuildDir/ooo_SRX645_m55_src/sndfile> build build -- version: 1.86.18.4 ============= Building project sndfile ============= /home/oo/BuildDir/ooo_SRX645_m55_src/sndfile dmake: makefile.mk: line 84: Error -- .IF do not support && ---* RULES.MK *--- ERROR: Error 65280 occurred while making /home/oo/BuildDir/ooo_SRX645_m55_src/sndfile oo@oo:~/BuildDir/ooo_SRX645_m55_src/sndfile> Looks like Hamburg RE is using dmake different from the one in the source... Or we forgot to update dmake for SRX645_m55? Or?
set target to 1.1.5.
reassigned
I just checked that dmake from the SRX645 branch was never synced with HEAD after Dan's patch (issue 17992) was integrated.
vq: the question is: should it be synced? Do we want to have one dmake on all branches? Is dmake backward compatible (I hope so ;-)?
> Is dmake backward compatible (I hope so ;-)? Sure it is!

Fixed in m56
Needs to be reopened. M56 still has this problem. Fixed by separating out the various .IFs
Created attachment 27595 [details] makefile.mk with .IF corrections for m56
vg: I'm also verified that still problem is here... reopen
SRC645_m56 has the problem.
to maho: have you updated dmake module?
Now should be fixed.
verified in m57 pjanik: I closed this issue.
