When creating a Dialog with a DateField and using spinbutton = true and dropdown
= true, the two buttons overlap and only one can be used.
Its a pathological case, but it occurs. E.g. in Andrew Pintonyaks book in
Chapter 17, the second example Dialog.

it does not happen in KDE, only in gnome with xfce-smooth theme...

which Distro are you using, SLES? Is the theme included by default?

i set up a fedora-box with XFce. I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
