Form wizard hangs when using it for an EMPTY (mysql) table. Create 1 record
manualy and it works. 
(version 1.9.109)

Can you please describe in more detail what you're doing? 
(recommended reading:
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/basic_rules.html#reproducibility)

- do you use JDBC or ODBC ?
- how does the structure of the mysql table looks like?
- when does the wizard "hangs", while starting or when click Next or ...

no more info since some weeks.

I close this issue now as INVALID.
