When I save a previously created MSWord document with OOWriter and then reopen 
with MSWord, "point bullets" are erroneously translated into "numbered lists".
I give a P1 priority because this can bring extra work to user and I think/hope 
is not hard to fix.

Its quite difficult to fix actually. See issue 4387 and issue 2192.
