Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 51610
[DE] term ruby missing in menu description
Last modified: 2005-08-09 15:10:25 UTC
I use OOo1.9.113 German language pack. Open help, module Writer. Go to chapter "Textdokument, part “Befehle und Menüsâ€, part "Menü" item "Formatierungen" (shouldn't it be "Format" as in the UI?). Look at the text, which belongs to this item. You find the heading "Phonetische Leitzeichen". This heading should have the term "Ruby" in addition, because in the UI you have "Format - Ruby…".

Hi regina, Not sure I understand you 100% here. Should I add "Ruby" into the heading "Phonetische Leitzeichen"? Before the words, after the words or betheen them? Thanks, Ian
You can set it before or behind, but not between them. I would prefer Ruby (Phonetische Leitzeichen) because "Ruby…" is the term in the menu. But Phonetische Leitzeichen (Ruby) is also possible. I do not know, if a dash would be better then parenthesis. I choose parenthesis because there is already this form in "Ausrichten (Objekte)" and "Ausrichtung (Textobjekte)" on the same page.
Talked to others, should be: Ruby (Phonetische Leitzeichen)
consider it done :) Accept issue (change status to STARTED)
