I use OOo1.9.113 German language pack.

Open help, module Writer. Go to chapter "Textdokument, part “Befehle und Menüsâ€,
part "Menü" item "Formatierungen". Look at the text, which belongs to this item.
You find the heading "Rahmen…".
Text now: Fügt einen Rahmen ein, mit dem Sie ein ein- oder mehrspaltiges Layout
für Text und Objekte erstellen können. Klicken Sie in der Abreißleiste Einfügen
auf den Pfeil neben dem Symbol Rahmen und wählen Sie dann die gewünschte
Spaltenanzahl für den Rahmen.
The last sentence should be deleted, because this is a desription for a menu.
