The bootstraprc is cluttered with information that is a) not relevant for
bootstrapping and b) partially Windows specific.

The Windows specific stuff could maybe get written into the Windows-Registry
instead. The other not bootstrapping related stuff (like crashreporter
information) should be moved to seperate rc files or get removed if obsolete.

is there any news for this issue, since two years ago ? 
I think many area already cleanup their code. I hope the installation too.
