It should be created a way to register OOo without an Internet connection (i.e. 
With a paper registration card) and an on-line method for multiple 
registrations (i.e. For distributors/resellers).

hi, this does not have to do with SC but with Sun's/ Ooo's
registration policy. I think it is actually a Marketing issue: there
should be a template that one can print out and mail.
but it seems to be low priority.
reassigning to Sander to see if there is already something like this
in the current installation set.

There are no efforts ongoing to allow offline registration.
Thinking of the costs to implement the infrastructure it don't think,
we are currently able to establish such a mechanism.
If one is willing to drive this effort, feel free to reopen.
