As liz and iano discussed, it would be helpful to have a Subcomponent "Help" in
Component "l10n" to file issues in IT concerning the de-Online-Help. Please add
this Subcomponent, thanks!

I changed the name of the subcomponent to "helpcontent" which is used by some
nlc projects. I would appreciate to shorten the list of values for the
subcomponent field in the query page by unification of "Online Help" and
"helpcontent".
