Insert text "ABCD" in writer document, copy it and paste special as DDE-Link.
There is an '?' in front of the text. Setting locale from de_DE.UTF8 to de_de
resolves this problem.

Hint for HDE: found in bugtracker_p2_102000.bas

retarget this issue to OOo Later.
