Error just after opening latest milestone, 1.9.118, before opening any 
document:
"Error loading BASIC of document 
file///C:/Program%20Files/OpenOffice.org201.9.118/
share/basic/FormWizard/script.xlb/:General Error. 
General input/output error." 
Also the same error for dialog.xlb

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
last 1 year+. I am therefore setting this issue to 'Verified' as the first step
