Please give me CVS write access to Lingucomponent project for integrating my
extended MySpell spell checker. I have already signed the JCA and I've talked to
Kevin Hendricks, project owner of Lingucomponent.

welcome on board :) please follow the instructions on
http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/docs/ddSSHGuide.html to generate your keys and
attach your public key to this issue.

It seems for me, I haven't got right to add lingucomponent to a CWS.

I have succesfully made a CWS for Hunspell integration:

$ cwsquery owner
cwsquery -- version: 1.6
cwsquery: Master workspace 'SRC680', child workspace 'hunspell':
cwsquery: Owner:
nemeth@openoffice.org

But I cannot add lingucomponent to cws:

$ cwsadd lingucomponent
cwsadd -- version: 1.6
cwsadd: ERROR: There is no such module alias 'lingucomponent'.

FAILURE: cwsadd aborted.

With a patched cwsadd.pl, I have found this error message:
"Usernemeth doesn't have <VersionControl CVS - Module> access to repository"
