When attempting to save a file either with the 'save' or 'save as' button with
all types of writier files (i.e., both 1.1.4 and 1.9.118-odt) the following
error message is reported:

Error Loading Basic of Document,
File:///C:/Program%20Files/OpenOffice.org%201.9.118/share/basic/FormWizard/script.xlb/:General
Error
General Input/output error.

This did not happen in the M113 version.

You have to delete the configuration folder openoffice.org2 which remained from
the m113 installation (in the "application data" folder of the user's system
settings).
