Automated test: framework/basic/f_scripting_addpkg.bas::tDeployScript

The automated test adds a package containing a script, verifies that it shows up
in the run-macro dialog then removes the package again.

After removing the package, the packagae-manager-UI deadlocks.

Note: I set the "broken" flag because i remember that this worked before the new
security stuff was put into the office.

- raised target, because IMO this is a severe issue that leads to random crashes
due to timing
- fixed.

verified in cws impress74 under solaris on warpgraphic

m135 crash 
cws impress74 no crash anymore

msc -> jsk: activate the test again when the cws is integrated.
