Description hwtan 2005-08-01 10:30:15 UTC
OO Writer at the moment is using the page background as a mean to create
graphical watermark. It seems that there is no way to create a dynamic text
watermark. I am talking about the effect like the "page break preview" in Calc
on the screen, where you can see "page 1," "page 2" etc. like a watermark in the
back ground, in print out. This can be achieve by adding features (properties)
"show in every page," "show in odd page" or "show in even page" in a text frame,
where fields can be inserted.

Sorry that I did not make myself very clear in my last post. There were in fact
two features requested.

The first is a feature that enable a graphic object or text frame to appear in
every page, single page, odd page, even page, or any specific page (like the
feature in the print box) only.

The second is a simple check box that can turn the object or frame into a watermark.

Both features can appear in the property of the object.
