The following information is displayed in a GUI splash screen when I first 
attempt to save a document in writer

"Error loading basic of document"

201.9.118/share/basic/FormWizard/script.xlb/:
General error
General input/output error

When I click OK, a new splash screen appears with a nearly identical series of 
details except script.xlb is now dialog.xlb

When I click OK again, the program then saves the work in progress without any 
problems.

Historical:  The current version was installed over the immediate earlier 
release using the full facilities of the current OOo installer

I checked with 2.0 (1.9.m118) English version WIN XP: [680m118(Build8936)] and
can confirm that problem, what makes 680m118 completely unusable for me. Same
problem with CALC. but this is a dup. of issue 51779, where you can find a
workaround in "Additional comments from of Mon Jul 11 01:46:07 -0700 2005".
