When we load a MS Doc which including Tox, we just insert an empty 
Tox in our new document when loading. But the fuction 
"SwWW8ImplReader::ReadTextAttr" waste a lot of time reading the 
texts and TextAttrs but discard them,you know ,after loading a MS 
doc, the tox just inserted will be updated.

It also happens when reading the Fields of the MS doc.

MRU->FLR: please check the code. If it is really true, the filter could save a
lot of time because the text attributes are all discarded by updating the TOC.

have you tested it with a newer version of OOo 2.0? Which OS/architecture do you
use? Does this issue still exists with a newer version like 3.x? Would you be so
kind to test it again and - if this issue is resolved - close this issue?
