Building with buildserver and a number of wntmsci10 build clients I sometimes
see the following error:

Cannot open source file: '...\...\...\..\wntmsci10.pro\misc\jfregca_version.c':
No such file or directory

Looks like a timing problem.

lots of things in this area were chaged/improved/fixed, assuming this one fixed
too (wasn't seen for quite some time...)
