- edit the HTML template
(<$install-path>/share/<$language>/template/internal/html.stw)
- change the page background
- save
- close
- New HTML document
-> the page background is still set to Automatic
(regression compared to OOo 1.1.4 -> Target 2.0.2, feel free to retarget.)

Else changing, for instance, the default font of the Standard para style works
fine (the
changes are reflected when creating a new HTML doc)

Note: the background change is correctly saved when applied to a
normal HTML doc. So there is only an export (import?) problem concerning the
default template

Considering the effort, the priority, the risk and our resource planning I've to
retarget this issue to OOo Later.
