Create a new paragraph style based on the Default paragraph style. Modify the
new style and on the Numbering tab apply a numbering style. 

Create some numbered paragraphs with the new style. Do Tools > Outline Numbering
and simply click OK. The numbering will disappear from your paragraphs created
with the new style.

This issue occurs in 1.9.122.

I cannot reproduce this from the scratch with 680m124 build. Could you please
attach a document where I only need to open and close the Outline dialog and
then the numbers will be wrong? Feel free to reopen issue when you have done so.
